Park Jaeduk, CEO of Busan Jeonggwan Energy, has received the Prime Minister's Commendation in recognition of his contributions to electrical safety innovation and community cooperation.
Busan Jeonggwan Energy announced on the 10th that CEO Park was awarded the Prime Minister's Commendation at the '2025 Korea Electrical Safety Awards' hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy on the 8th. Now in its 28th year, the Electrical Safety Awards is the nation's largest electrical safety ceremony, organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation. The event recognizes and rewards individuals who have contributed to preventing electrical accidents and spreading a culture of safety management. Key figures from the energy industry, including Park Deokyeol, Director of Hydrogen Economy Policy at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, attended the ceremony.

In particular, since last year, as CEO of Busan Jeonggwan Energy, he has been highly praised for spearheading industrial site safety innovation by establishing a preventive maintenance system for 100MW-class district electricity generation facilities, implementing field-oriented safety training, and introducing IT-based facility management.
