Suhyup Bank to Acquire Trinity Asset Management for Mid-20 Billion Won
Sh Suhyup Bank is set to acquire Trinity Asset Management, an asset management company.
According to the financial industry on September 8, Sh Suhyup Bank plans to hold a board meeting around September 12 to approve the agenda for acquiring Trinity Asset Management.
Trinity Asset Management is also scheduled to hold a board meeting regarding the same matter on September 15. The acquisition price is reported to be in the mid-20 billion won range.
