Cho Hyun Holds Talks with German Foreign Minister... Discusses Ukraine Reconstruction and More
Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Hyun held his first phone conversation with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul on September 5, during which they exchanged views on ways to strengthen bilateral relations as well as on international and regional affairs.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Cho proposed further strengthening bilateral ties through close exchanges and communication between the two governments, and he noted that economic cooperation between the two countries has remained steady despite the uncertain global economic situation.
Minister Wadephul expressed his hope that the two countries would continue to cooperate based on shared values and mutual trust.

The two ministers discussed regional affairs and exchanged views on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, peace and stability, as well as the prompt restoration of peace and reconstruction in Ukraine.
