The sessions also provided an opportunity for direct communication between S-OIL’s purchasing staff and partner company representatives.
Based on the principles of flexibility, innovation, and trust, S-OIL is building a sustainable supply chain together with its partners, even amid rapidly changing market conditions. The company is also consistently running a variety of win-win programs to enhance the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management capabilities of its partners, such as supporting ESG self-assessment and evaluation, as well as providing scholarships for children of partner company employees in the Ulsan region.
An S-OIL representative stated, "We hope that this briefing session will help our partners better understand our purchasing processes and ESG management policies," adding, "We will continue proactive communication and support to build a sustainable supply chain and achieve mutual growth."
