Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation to Hold '5070 Job Fair' in Dongducheon on September 9
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation will hold the "2025 Gyeonggi-do 5070 Job Fair in Dongducheon+Yeoncheon" at the Dongducheon Citizens' Hall on September 9.
This fair is a traveling event held in small cities and counties in the northern region, where there have been relatively fewer job opportunities for both employers and job seekers. It is designed to support re-employment for middle-aged and senior citizens in their 50s to 70s, providing a new platform of opportunities for both local businesses and job seekers in this age group.
Twenty-five leading companies from Gyeonggi Province, including Gyeonggi Provincial Senior Dongducheon Hospital and Rodem Nursing Home, will participate in the fair and operate on-site recruitment booths.
Job seekers can receive on-site interviews and recruitment consultations. In addition, about 50 companies unable to attend in person will provide job information through recruitment boards, and the foundation will collect and forward resumes submitted by job seekers to these companies on their behalf.
The Job Foundation will also offer supplementary programs, including resume writing lectures, resume photo shoots, senior promising job experience booths, career counseling, financial counseling, and consultation booths for related organizations such as city and county job centers and the Employment Welfare Plus Center.
Middle-aged and senior citizens wishing to participate in the fair can pre-register on the event website (https://5070job.com) or register on-site on the day of the event.
