On September 3, Mokoflex, the operator of the integrated franchise management solution 'Quro Biz,' announced that it will officially launch 'Quro Delivery,' a solution designed to help store owners switch to in-house delivery and reduce delivery platform commission fees.
Quro Delivery aims to address the decline in store owners' profits caused by intermediary commission fees, delivery tips, and advertising discount charges imposed by delivery platforms. It enables customer orders to be directed straight to the store without passing through external platforms.
With Quro Delivery, all delivery customers receive a flyer containing a store-specific QR code. When customers place future orders directly with the store via this QR code, all payments-except for the payment gateway processing fee-are settled directly with the store owner.
Prior to the official launch of Quro Delivery, Mokoflex conducted a three-month pilot program. As a result, store owners received up to 47% higher delivery settlement amounts compared to using external delivery platforms, confirming improved profitability.
