Transparent Consent Process Supported
Toss Bank Representative: "Enhanced Convenience for Community Financial Management Through Expanded Everyday Features"
On September 3, Toss Bank announced that it will introduce a new feature allowing automatic payment of apartment maintenance fees through group accounts. This new feature enables communities such as newlyweds, families, and roommates to automatically pay apartment maintenance fees from their shared group account, significantly enhancing the convenience of everyday financial management.
This feature expands the scope of automatic maintenance fee payments, which were previously only available from individual accounts, to group accounts, greatly broadening the possibilities for community financial management.
Both the main group account holder and co-managers can register or modify the automatic payment of apartment maintenance fees. The process is managed transparently through a voting procedure requiring the consent of all group members with the necessary authority. Additionally, any member other than the registrant can propose changes, increasing participation and convenience in managing shared living expenses.
The newly introduced feature can be registered via the Group Account > Manage > Automatic Payment menu. However, if maintenance fee payments are already being made for the same address, additional registration is not possible.
