Kim Jong Un Scheduled to Attend Military Parade
A train believed to be carrying North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was confirmed to have arrived near Beijing Railway Station in China on September 2.
The train arrived near Beijing Railway Station at around 5 p.m. (Korean time) on this day.
This marks Kim's fifth visit to China, made to attend the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War (Victory Day).

Earlier in the day, North Korea's state-run radio, Korean Central Broadcasting Station, reported that Kim departed Pyongyang on his private train the previous day and crossed the North Korea-China border early in the morning.
