Recruitment Zone Featuring 54 Companies
Supporting Career Planning and Employment for Students with Disabilities
The Busan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seokjun) will hold the '2025 Busan Disabled Career and Employment Fair' at 10:00 a.m. on September 2 in the lobby and main auditorium on the first floor of Busan City Hall. The event targets high school and specialized course students with disabilities enrolled in general and special education high schools, as well as their parents and special education teachers.
This fair has been organized to strengthen the career planning capabilities of students with disabilities and to provide information on relevant local community organizations that can be utilized after graduation. In particular, in conjunction with the Busan Disabled Employment Fair, the event will be divided into several sections: the Recruitment Zone, Career Planning Zone, Job Experience and Side Events Zone, and Employment Special Lecture Zone.
In the Recruitment Zone, 54 companies interested in hiring people with disabilities will participate, offering job information and setting up both direct and indirect recruitment booths. The Career Planning Zone, in collaboration with local community organizations, will provide specialized counseling in various fields such as university admission and vocational training.
Additionally, the Job Experience and Side Events Zone will offer various job experience programs such as smart farming, manufacturing, and packaging, along with activities like interview styling and ID photo shoots. The Employment Special Lecture Zone will feature lectures on topics including career planning, special university admissions, image making, strategies for successful employment, and case studies of employment by job type.
