Seoul to Provide Additional 17,000 Bottles of Arisu Water to Gangneung Declared in "State of Disaster"
The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on August 31 that it will provide an additional 17,000 bottles of 2-liter bottled Arisu water to Gangneung, Gangwon Province, where a "state of disaster" has been declared due to the worst drought.
Following the delivery of 8,448 bottles of Arisu water on August 20, Seoul will send another shipment equivalent to four 11-ton trucks of bottled Arisu water.
So far, the city has supplied bottled Arisu water to disaster-stricken areas both overseas and domestically, including regions affected by floods, earthquakes, droughts, heavy rains, and large-scale wildfires.
