[Market Focus] Nongshim Jumps Over 5% on Launch of "K-Pop Demon Hunters" Collaboration Products
On August 28, Nongshim showed strong performance in early trading. This comes as the company has launched collaborative products featuring characters from the globally popular Netflix animated film "K-Pop Demon Hunters" (Kedeheon).
As of 9:30 a.m. on this day, Nongshim was trading at 424,000 won, up 21,000 won (5.21%) from the previous trading day. The surge in investor sentiment is attributed to the launch of collaborative products with "Kedeheon."
Nongshim announced on this day that it will release a limited-edition special product reflecting the ramen design featured in "Kedeheon." Previously, in the animation, members of Huntrix were seen eating cup noodles reminiscent of Nongshim products, which drew attention.
