The youth group curriculum focuses on single-person households and psychology. It includes four expert lectures, each covering topics such as living with depression, anxiety, stress, and loneliness, as well as four sessions of health exercises such as self-defense and improving blood circulation.
The middle-aged group will cover "Psychoanalysis Through Art." The program includes four expert lectures on topics such as Freud and the unconscious, the unconscious flow of artists like Picasso and Monet, and interpreting paintings through narcissism, along with four sessions of health exercises.
For those interested, comprehensive psychological assessments, Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), and interpretive counseling services are also available.
The senior group will participate in four cognitive function maintenance training sessions to help prevent dementia. Activities include speaking out loud, connecting mental images vividly, and linking stories together.
Applications for each group are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the Seongnam City Lifelong Learning Integrated Platform "Baeumsoop" website starting August 28. There is no separate tuition fee.
