NUS SCALE is an institution launched in June 2016 to provide lifelong learning for young people, working professionals, and businesspeople. It develops and operates a variety of programs in cooperation with 16 faculties and colleges within NUS, offering practical, industry-driven education through a curriculum based on industry demand.
The People's Association is a statutory board under the Singapore government established in 1960, aimed at promoting integration in a multi-ethnic society and strengthening social cohesion. The delegation examined the operational structure of community-based organizations on site and experienced how volunteer-centered programs are planned and how resident-tailored services are provided.
