View original imageThe Presidential Office announced on the 27th that Jeon Seonghwan, Senior Secretary for Coordination, will hold a listening session with the representative of the families of the victims of the Aricel Major Disaster.
This meeting is a follow-up to the "Conversation for Remembrance, Comfort, and Healing" held on July 16 and presided over by the President. The session will proceed with the bereaved families first sharing their requests, to which the Presidential Office and the government will respond. Senior Secretary Jeon plans to offer condolences to the families who lost loved ones in the disaster and to listen to their opinions. Officials from relevant central government ministries and local governments will also attend the meeting.

The Presidential Office will sequentially meet with representatives of the bereaved families from the December 21 Jecheon Fire Disaster, the Humidifier Disinfectant Disaster, the February 18 Daegu Subway Disaster, the Incheon Inhyeon-dong Fire Disaster, the June 9 Gwangju Hakdong Disaster, the Stella Daisy sinking disaster, the July 18 Gongju National University of Education High School Military Training Disaster, the Sealand Youth Training Center Fire Disaster, and the Bucheon Fire Disaster.
