Netmarble's "Vampire" Tops Apple App Store Sales Just 8 Hours After Launch
"A Positive Sign for Early Success"
Netmarble announced on August 27 that its new massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) "Vampire" topped the Apple App Store sales chart just eight hours after its release.
"Vampire," which officially launched at 12:00 p.m. the previous day, is available on both mobile and PC platforms. Key developers from "Lineage 2 Revolution" participated in the project, and the game is distinguished by its vampire concept and dark fantasy medieval world setting.
A Netmarble representative stated, "Despite the relatively small number of Apple App Store users for the MMORPG genre, we have achieved meaningful results," adding, "This is a positive sign for the game's initial success."
