View original imageBluekuche is a compound word combining "Blue," which represents a clear and healthy image, and "Kuche," the German word for kitchen. The brand was designed with the concept of creating a healthy kitchen space using premium materials. The company explained that as kitchens have recently become not just cooking spaces but also home furnishing areas reflecting individual tastes, they decided to introduce premium kitchenware that differentiates itself from existing brands.
It took about one year to develop everything from the brand concept and product design to overseas sourcing. The cooking YouTuber "Youngjassi" personally participated in product development, providing feedback for improvements based on actual use.
The first product, the "Zebratiq Cooking Utensil Set," uses high-quality zebratiq wood, which grows in certain regions of Indonesia. The set consists of one cutting board and four cooking utensils, including a spatula and a ladle. Each item features a unique pattern thanks to a five-step manual crafting process.
Lotte Homeshopping plans to nurture Bluekuche as a brand that embodies premium materials, practicality, and reliability. This launch is part of a multi-channel strategy to introduce products through various platforms. Starting with its release on YouTube, Lotte Homeshopping will expand sales touchpoints through its official online mall, e-commerce platforms, and open markets.
