Tomorrow X Together Renews Contract with BigHit Music
All Five Members Renew Contracts
On August 25, it was announced that the group Tomorrow X Together has renewed their contract with their agency, BigHit Music.
On August 22, BigHit Music shared the news of Tomorrow X Together’s (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) contract renewal through a notice posted on the global fan platform Weverse. The agency stated, “We will provide full support so that the members can pursue a wide range of activities,” and added, “Please look forward to the future we will create together.”
On the same day, during the first show of their world tour, ‘TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR,’ held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, the members themselves mentioned the contract renewal. Leader Soobin read a handwritten letter at the end of the concert, saying, “All members have completed the contract renewal to keep our promise to go further and longer together.”
Tomorrow X Together debuted in 2019 with their first mini album, ‘The Dream Chapter: STAR.’ They performed at the Lollapalooza Chicago music festival in the United States for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023, and in 2023, they became the first K-pop group to headline the festival.
Their fifth mini album, ‘The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION,’ released the same year, reached No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 main album chart. Their fourth full-length album, ‘The Chapter of the Star: TOGETHER,’ released in July this year, entered the same chart at No. 3, continuing their commercial success.
With the contract renewal completed, Tomorrow X Together will continue their world tour, starting in San Jose, United States, on September 9, and performing in seven US cities and three Japanese cities.
