Adforus Listed on KOSDAQ: Accelerating Growth with Top-Tier Google Certification
Adforus, a top-tier Google partner, was listed on the KOSDAQ market on August 22.
Founded in 2014, Adforus operates a business based on its proprietary data platform, demonstrating industry-leading per capita profitability and growth, while maintaining continuous operating profit since its establishment.
The company is the only system-based advertising platform firm in Korea structured around technical talent, with R&D staff accounting for as much as 34% of its workforce.
Last year, Adforus posted consolidated sales of 31.7 billion KRW, with operating profit and net profit reaching 3.1 billion KRW and 3.2 billion KRW, respectively, achieving stable profitability.
Starting with gaming, Adforus has gradually expanded its customer portfolio to include e-commerce, travel, finance, and lifestyle sectors. With more than 70% of its contracts being long-term, the company is expected to continue its performance growth this year.
With its public listing as a starting point, Adforus plans to integrate its data platforms and apply artificial intelligence (AI) to accelerate its entry into the global market. The company is developing its own advertising operating system (OS), "Atier," based on over 400 million accumulated conversion data points, and is advancing it with a structure similar to Palantir's "Foundry." According to the company, they aim to strengthen their market dominance by internalizing the AI value chain-not only collecting data, but also refining it and securing a generative AI platform.
Adforus plans to maximize synergy with its Google partnership after establishing an AI-based business model. In February, the company obtained "GCPP (Google Certified Publishing Partner)" status, the highest level of Google certification. GCPP-certified companies can directly access global advertising inventory and rapidly expand into other countries through collaboration with Google's tech team. Adforus currently delivers ads to more than 30 countries, including the United States, via "Google AdX."

A company representative stated, "Building on our solid performance, we will diversify our business through the acquisition of Google GCPP authority and the launch of our new real-time bidding-based platform, CubeMine." He added, "The funds raised from the listing will be used to further advance our proprietary data platform and apply AI through R&D, accelerating our performance growth."
