Dongui University RISE Project Group Hosts Busan's First IR Pitching Event: "Attracting Investment and Promoting Mutual Growth"
The RISE Project Group at Dongui University, led by Director Lee Imgeon, held the "2025 Dongui University IR Pitching" event on August 14, 2025, at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Busan. The event aimed to attract foundational investment for revitalizing local industries and to kickstart mutual growth initiatives.
This IR pitching event, the first of its kind among RISE Project Groups in the Busan area, brought together 12 companies, including Dongui University's family companies and technology holding subsidiaries. Investment firms such as Isu Venture Capital, DSC Investment, Midas Donga Investment, Capstone Partners, Korea Venture Investment, Cleage Corner Investment, and Krypton also participated.
The participating companies included Fine Materials Co., Ltd. (polymer composite materials), Nerve Bioscience Co., Ltd. (biohealth and beauty), GI Lab Co., Ltd. (biohealth), O2 Lab Co., Ltd. (biohealth), Medipol Co., Ltd. (biohealth), Beautree Co., Ltd. (biohealth), Sportsin Co., Ltd. (applied software), Jaeun Technology Co., Ltd. (XR and applied software), Growth Co., Ltd. (AI and applied software), Roiv Co., Ltd. (AI manufacturing technology and robotics), JKINC Co., Ltd. (AI and beauty), and Newgen INS Co., Ltd. (AI and manufacturing).
During the event, the companies presented their outstanding proprietary technologies and market expansion strategies, highlighting their growth potential. Investors provided feedback and consulting sessions to the participating companies.
Among the companies that participated in the IR pitching, six were recognized by investment professionals as having significant investment value, drawing attention to the high possibility of actual investments being made in the future.
The Dongui University RISE Project Group plans to continue supporting participating companies by offering tailored mentoring to refine their investment strategies, thereby facilitating actual investment connections and further advancing their business strategies.
