During the first communication meeting, residents presented a variety of opinions aimed at resolving everyday inconveniences and promoting local development. The meeting was conducted in a real-time Q&A format, with the mayor and department officials providing immediate answers.
Residents of Gajwa-dong requested the installation of an accessible ramp (deck) at the entrance to Gajwa Park. The mayor and relevant department heads discussed the necessity and direction for implementation on site.
Additionally, on this day, the mayor personally presented certificates of commendation to two residents who made significant contributions to local revitalization, expressing his gratitude and encouragement.
Mayor Lee stated, "Over the past three years, visiting residents in their daily lives has further strengthened the trust between the city and its citizens." He added, "This year as well, we will continue with an administration that listens on site and responds with results."

This allowed participants to experience evacuation and security drills, drawing particular attention.
By moving beyond the previous format of holding meetings in the administrative welfare center conference rooms, the city was able to get closer to residents' daily lives and strengthen both communication and safety awareness.
