View original image'3-Second ERP' is a pharmacy-specific platform that integrates with Ubicare's pharmacy claims management solution, 'U pharm', to automate repetitive tasks such as ordering, returns, inspection, and settlement of pharmaceuticals. This reduces pharmacists' workload and supports business management.
The core feature, '3-Second Ordering', is a service that automatically creates a wholesaler shopping cart based on prescription information registered in 'U pharm', matching the quantity of pharmaceuticals used in the pharmacy. This allows pharmacists to easily order pharmaceuticals within a single platform, without having to visit multiple wholesaler websites or search for products individually. Payment and delivery are processed through existing wholesalers, and the current post-payment method remains unchanged.
In addition, '3-Second ERP' offers features such as '3-Second Returns', which allows users to check return destinations simply by scanning a barcode; '3-Second Inspection', which streamlines the inspection of delivered pharmaceuticals; and '3-Second Settlement', which visualizes sales, purchases, and profit and loss information.
Notably, '3-Second Settlement' is a feature co-developed with Hyeum Co., Ltd., which operates the AI-based financial and tax solution 'Alfred Report'. It provides key pharmacy management indicators in an intuitive report format, enabling users to understand their profit structure at a glance, even without specialized accounting knowledge.
Kim Jintae, CEO of Ubicare, stated, "Pharmacy operations are becoming increasingly complex, yet many tasks still rely on manual processes. 3-Second ERP is a platform that supports both the daily work and management of pharmacists by automating core repetitive tasks and providing real-time management indicators."
Currently, the '3-Second Returns', 'Inspection', and 'Settlement' features are available to pharmacies not using U pharm, while '3-Second Ordering' is initially offered to pharmacies in the Seoul metropolitan area that use U pharm. Ubicare plans to gradually expand these features nationwide and to pharmacies not currently using U pharm.
