View original imageA total budget of 1.5 billion KRW-including funds from the national, provincial, and city governments-was invested in this project. As a result, 249 security CCTVs were installed at 76 locations, including crime-prone areas, children's protection zones, safe routes home for women, and village entry and exit points.
In particular, 224 of the newly installed devices are high-performance artificial intelligence (AI) cameras equipped with object identification and behavior analysis functions. These cameras can autonomously detect suspicious movements or unusual behavior patterns and automatically alert monitoring personnel. This enables the rapid detection of situations that might otherwise be overlooked and dramatically reduces the initial response time.
Additionally, 14 outdated security CCTVs were replaced with AI cameras, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the monitoring system. The significance of this project lies not only in simple surveillance but also in building a more thorough and seamless social safety net by incorporating artificial intelligence technology.
