In response to sudden torrential rain, the city ordered emergency dispatches across all areas and made every effort to eliminate hazards within citizens' daily living zones to prevent flooding and safety accidents.
In particular, the city focused on swiftly removing leaves and garbage that were blocking storm drains in residential areas and along major roads, and checked drainage systems to ensure smooth water flow.
