View original imageDuring the Liberation Day holiday, a series of large-scale cultural and tourism events will be held around the Yeosu night sea area over two days, August 15-16.
On August 13, Yeosu City in South Jeolla Province announced that it will host the "2025 Yeosu Night Sea Romantic Busking Festival" around Marine Park on August 15, and the "2025 Korea Night Night Festa" at Ungcheon Waterfront Park and Jangdo Island of Art on August 16.
The "2025 Yeosu Night Sea Romantic Busking Festival," celebrating the 10th anniversary of Romantic Busking this year, will feature a variety of street performances. The festival will include a 1.4-kilometer-long busking road, a congratulatory performance by the best buskers, and EDM performances, all designed to showcase the charm and vibrancy of Yeosu's night sea to both residents and tourists.
The "2025 Korea Night Night Festa," under the theme "A City Shining Even at Night," will offer a range of programs such as a flea market, Dongbaek Movie Night, and a Candlelight Concert. In particular, the Candlelight Concert at the Jangdo outdoor performance venue will feature a special performance by popera singer Lim Hyungjoo.
