Gwangju Office of Education Selects 422 Substitute Educational Staff
The Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 13th that it has finalized the selection of a substitute workforce pool, consisting of 422 individuals across 29 job categories, to address staffing shortages among educational administrative staff.
This selection process, which began on July 21, targeted positions such as nutritionists, cooks, and kitchen assistants. The selected individuals may be hired as substitute staff at schools or institutions in the event of staffing vacancies over the next year. In addition, for short-term substitute hires of less than six months, the use of this workforce pool will allow schools to forgo separate recruitment announcements.
