Yuhan-Kimberly: "Rumors of Kleenex Sale Completely Untrue"
Yuhan-Kimberly has officially denied rumors regarding the sale of its tissue business.
On August 13, Yuhan-Kimberly released a statement saying, "There have been some mentions of a possible sale of our tissue business, but these rumors are completely unfounded."
The company added, "The tissue business is one of our core operations. Brands such as Kleenex are symbolic of Yuhan-Kimberly and are beloved national brands, so we want to make it clear that they are in no way being considered for sale."
