KOTRA organized a joint labor-management team of about 30 employees who assisted in recovery efforts, including cleaning flooded homes and farms, collecting debris, and washing equipment. The on-site volunteer work was carried out through the voluntary participation of employees, including members of the in-house volunteer club 'Left Hands.' Despite the intense heat, participants worked diligently to support the recovery efforts on the ground.
Alongside the volunteer work, KOTRA held a fundraising campaign from the 1st to the 8th within the company, raising a total of 10 million won. Employees not only from the domestic headquarters but also from overseas trade offices participated in the fundraising. The donations will be delivered to flood victims through the Korean Red Cross.
