'Climate Tech Investment Attraction'... Gyeonggi Province to Open Carbon Neutrality Fund Investment Pitching Day on August 11
Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation will be accepting applications from companies wishing to participate in the '2025 Gyeonggi Carbon Neutrality Fund Investment Attraction Pitching Day' from August 11 to September 2.
The Carbon Neutrality Fund Investment Attraction Pitching Day is designed to provide climate tech startups with innovative ideas and business models in the climate tech sector with opportunities for investment attraction and networking with investors.
Gyeonggi Province will select approximately 10 companies through preliminary evaluations, pre-consulting, and final evaluations.
The final round will be held on October 24 during the '2025 Climate Tech Conference,' alongside the awards ceremony.
A total prize of 10 million won will be awarded to the winning companies, with the amount varying by award level. In addition, these companies will receive extra points if they apply for next year's Gyeonggi Province climate tech business development program.
All companies advancing to the final round will receive consulting support to enhance their investment pitch materials, as well as one-on-one investment consultation opportunities with major investors such as TIPS operators and venture capital (VC) firms leading private investment-driven tech startups.
