Man in His 60s Found Dead on Jangheung Coast
A man in his 60s was found dead on a coast in Jangheung County, South Jeolla Province, prompting the Coast Guard to launch an investigation.
According to the South Jeolla Fire Department and other authorities on August 10, a resident discovered Mr. A, a man in his 60s, collapsed among rocks on a beach in Hoejin-myeon, Jangheung County, at around 3:16 p.m. the previous day and reported it to the authorities. At the time of discovery, Mr. A was already deceased.
At the time of the incident, a heavy rain advisory was in effect in Jangheung County, and it was raining.
