Heum Unveils Alfred Rebranding... Presents Vision for All-in-One Financial SaaS
Heum, the operator of the financial AI agent 'Alfred' and the management support report service 'Alfred Report', announced on August 7 that it has rebranded Alfred to enhance user convenience and expand its services.
Through this rebranding, Heum has reorganized its existing tax-focused category structure into three categories: tax, accounting, and payroll. This provides a flexible foundation for adding and expanding functions in line with the future launch of accounting and payroll BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services.
Along with the rebranding, Heum has introduced a new 'dashboard' feature that enables business owners to view key financial indicators such as profit and loss, sales, and labor costs at a glance. The dashboard is integrated with the management support report service 'Alfred Report' and the AI agent 'Alfred', allowing business owners not only to check summarized reports on key indicators such as sales and purchase status, card sales, profit and loss status, cost analysis, and cash flow, but also to handle tasks through conversations with the chatbot.
Heum plans to launch accounting and payroll BPO services within the year, aiming to evolve into an all-in-one financial Software as a Service (SaaS) that covers the entire spectrum of corporate financial operations beyond just tax. In addition, the company is working to advance its Large Action Model (LAM) to develop into an agentic AI capable of reasoning and decision-making, with the goal of growing into an integrated platform that supports the entire financial workflow for business owners.
