Ayung FBC, a comprehensive alcoholic beverage company, announced on August 7 that its flagship wine brand Diablo's wellness concept range, the Diablo Belight series, has surpassed cumulative sales of 25,000 bottles within one year of its launch.
The Diablo Belight series, first introduced in 2023, features a light and refreshing style with an alcohol content of 8.5% and fewer than 70 kcal per 125ml, making it a low-calorie option. Its easy-drinking character makes it popular among runners, as it can be enjoyed without burden even during hot summer days or after exercise.
In particular, Diablo Belight Sauvignon Blanc has demonstrated its market potential by recording a double-digit growth rate as a single item. In June, red and ros? variants were officially launched at convenience stores, further expanding the brand's presence as wines optimized for the low-alcohol, low-calorie trend and the healthy pleasure lifestyle. Diablo Belight Sauvignon Blanc won a gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB) in Belgium this year, while Diablo Belight Red was awarded a silver medal.
Diablo Belight Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of white peach, pear, and herbs, followed by citrus acidity that envelops the palate. Its light body and clean finish make it an excellent pairing with summer seafood such as clams and fish. Diablo Belight Red leaves a soft and harmonious impression with subtle vanilla notes layered over red fruit aromas of blueberry, raspberry, and cassis.
