Seoul Facilities Corporation (CEO Korea Young) announced on August 6, 2025, that it has been selected as a 'Grade A' institution, ranking first among facility management corporations of metropolitan and special city local governments in the 2025 Local Public Enterprise Management Evaluation conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The Local Public Enterprise Management Evaluation, overseen by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, aims to encourage management innovation in local public enterprises and enhance their contribution to public services and regional development.
Seoul Facilities Corporation received the highest 'Grade A' rating for its outstanding performance in several areas: achieving management efficiency through efforts to generate revenue and reduce costs across various business sectors; innovating work processes by utilizing advanced technologies; and improving citizen convenience through private sector collaboration.
