As part of the project, additional speed bumps will be installed in areas such as Gyomun-dong, Inchang-dong, and Sutaek-dong in Guri City. The project will also include repairs to existing speed bumps, such as increasing their height and repainting, to address deterioration.
In particular, the city will prioritize the installation of speed bumps in children's protection zones and areas where speeding is frequent. The primary goal is to ensure a safe road environment for citizens by maintaining and upgrading aging speed bumps. Through these efforts, the city expects to improve both pedestrian convenience and citizen satisfaction.
