"Promoting Field-Oriented Policies"
On August 5, Minister of SMEs and Startups Han Sung-sook held a meeting with the Korea Startup Forum to listen to opinions from the startup community.
This meeting was organized to gather feedback on major current issues and challenges related to startups by meeting with representatives of the Korea Startup Forum (the largest startup association in Korea), and to reflect these field opinions in the new government's startup policies.

Minister Han stated, "Listening to the voices from the business field is the most important starting point for making Korea one of the world's top four startup and venture powerhouses," and added, "I will focus our efforts on elevating the status of startups and promoting demand-driven, field-oriented policies that can be truly felt by those on the ground."
