A teenager who was swimming in a valley in Jindo lost consciousness after falling into the water but was revived thanks to the swift response of the fire authorities.
At around 2:56 p.m. on August 4, a teenage boy, referred to as A, fell into the water while swimming with his family in a valley located in Uisin-myeon, Jindo-gun, South Jeolla Province. After receiving a report, the fire authorities arrived at the scene and transported A, who was in cardiac arrest, to the hospital by helicopter and other means.
