Wife in Her 50s and Accomplice Son-in-law Arrested for Severing Husband's Vital Body Part
A woman in her 50s who severed her husband's vital body part with a weapon at a cafe in Ganghwado, Incheon, and her son-in-law who participated in the crime, have been arrested by the police.

View original imageOn August 2, the Ganghwa Police Station in Incheon announced that they had arrested a 57-year-old woman, identified as A, on charges of attempted murder, and her son-in-law in his 30s, identified as B, on charges of attempted parricide.
Judge Park Sanghun of the Incheon District Court, who was on duty, conducted a pretrial detention hearing for A and B in the afternoon of the same day, and issued arrest warrants, stating that "there is a risk of evidence being destroyed or of flight."
A is accused of stabbing her husband C, who is in his 50s, multiple times in the face and arms with a weapon and attempting to kill him by severing his vital body part at a cafe in Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, around 1 a.m. the previous day. B participated in the attempted murder by restraining C with tape at the scene.
