Samsung Card Signs Strategic Partnership with Banyan Tree, First Among Card Companies

Samsung Card announced on August 1 that it had signed a business agreement for mutual cooperation with Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts at the Samsung Card headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul on July 31.

View original imageThis marks the first time a domestic credit card company has entered into an agreement with Banyan Tree.
With this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue joint marketing initiatives by leveraging their respective marketing capabilities and membership bases.
Samsung Card will establish a Banyan Tree reservation website exclusively for its members. Customized promotions for members are also planned.
To commemorate the agreement, Samsung Card will launch a promotion offering up to 30% discount for members who stay at least two nights at Banyan Tree affiliated hotels.
This benefit will be available for stays at Banyan Tree, Angsana, and Cassia brand hotels in six countries: Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
The number of eligible countries will be gradually expanded in the future.
