INNOBIZ Association Launches Private-Led Policy Proposal Platform
'Policy Proposal Challenge' Open Until August 15
The Korea Association of Innovative Businesses (INNOBIZ Association) announced on July 30 that it will hold the 'INNOBIZ Policy Proposal Challenge' until August 15.
This challenge is a participatory project where small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) identify unreasonable systems and policy blind spots that need improvement, based on their direct experiences, and propose solutions to the government. It was planned to resolve the difficulties faced by INNOBIZ companies and to develop new policies that support innovative growth.
Anyone interested in INNOBIZ companies or SME policies can participate. Proposals must address at least one of the eight key areas: ▲Research and Development (R&D) Support ▲Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Transformation ▲Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management ▲Global Expansion ▲Public Procurement Innovation ▲Patent and Intellectual Property Protection ▲Talent Development and Job Creation ▲Regional Co-Growth.
Participation is available through online submission. Only those with outstanding proposals that pass the first round of screening will be asked to submit a detailed proposal. A comprehensive evaluation will be conducted based on field relevance, creativity, and feasibility. The seven final outstanding proposals selected will be given priority consideration in future policy recommendations led by the association. In addition, each proposer will receive an award from the INNOBIZ Association president and a cash prize of up to 1 million won.
