Wanju-gun Startup Incubation Center Recruiting Tenant Companies Until August 8
For Prospective Entrepreneurs and Companies Less Than Three Years Old
The Wanju-gun Startup Incubation Center in North Jeolla Province announced on July 29 that it will be recruiting tenant companies to pursue successful startups together until August 8.
Eligible applicants are either prospective entrepreneurs planning to start a business in Wanju-gun or companies established within the past three years since July 24, 2022. Companies must either already have a business location in the county or be able to relocate there within two months after moving in.

View original imageThe recruitment targets include: ▲ communities and social enterprises that can contribute to revitalizing local communities in Wanju-gun; ▲ (prospective) companies with new startup ideas that can help boost the local economy.
A maximum of two companies will be selected, and the tenancy period is two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension based on performance. The selection process consists of a first round of document screening and a second round of in-person evaluation. Final successful applicants will be notified individually. The allocation of incubation offices will be determined through mutual agreement after final selection.
Tenant companies will be provided with basic infrastructure such as internet access, unmanned security, heating and cooling, and office equipment, as well as additional facilities including a cafe, small meeting rooms, and seminar rooms. Through the selection process, they will also have the opportunity to participate in startup support programs such as prototype development and mentoring.
