The cooperative has set as its core goals the establishment of a fair distribution structure, improvement of creative environments, protection of musicians' rights and interests, and the creation of a foundation for their independence.
Hong Sejon, a music educator who is a professor in the Department of Practical Music at the International Arts University and the CEO of Club Evans, was elected as the chairperson. The other founding members are Choi Wonmin, CEO of Munhwain; Na Seongsik, CEO of Rock Star Music & Live; Yoon Donghwan, CEO of MY Music; and Lim Inguk, CEO of Juntos Music.
