Air Busan: "Board at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 Starting Today"
Air Busan announced that, starting from July 29, it will begin welcoming passengers at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 (T2).
Air Busan relocated from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 (T1) to T2 to provide a more comfortable airport environment and enhance passenger convenience. From 00:00 on July 29, arriving passengers will enter through T2, and passengers on the first departing flight to Fukuoka, flight BX156, will check in at T2 check-in counters E1 to E10.
To prevent passenger confusion, Air Busan has been conducting intensive pre-notification since the decision to relocate was made. The company strengthened passenger guidance by utilizing all available internal and external channels, including check-in counter promotional materials, airport kiosks, the official website and mobile web and application, official social networking service (SNS) channels, and notification texts and KakaoTalk alerts for booked passengers. In addition, for passengers who mistakenly arrive at T1, Air Busan will cooperate with Incheon International Airport Corporation to provide emergency transportation vehicles for one month.
