Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) announced on the 25th that it has completed the usage inspection of the Happy Housing Complex 1 near City Hall and will officially begin move-in on August 1.
The Happy Housing near City Hall is an urban public rental housing project designed for newlywed couples and young people. It has attracted significant attention from citizens due to its excellent transportation accessibility and convenient living environment.
It is located within a three-minute walk from Busan City Hall Station (BRT and subway), making it a prime location near major administrative institutions such as Busan City Hall, the Police Agency, and Yeonje District Office, as well as traditional markets and local commercial districts, providing easy access to essential living infrastructure.
Within the complex, there are community facilities such as a residents' cafe, a senior citizens' center, and a guesthouse, as well as the Yeonsan 2-dong Administrative Welfare Center. These amenities are available not only to residents but also to local community members.
The first phase, which is now open for move-in, consists of two buildings with 692 units, ranging from basement level 4 to the 37th floor above ground, and offers a variety of floor plans with a total exclusive area of 2,644 square meters.
