View original imagePresident Lee Jaemyung on July 24 congratulated the students from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Pusan National University for winning first place with the highest score ever in the Home Service category at the international artificial intelligence robot competition, RoboCup 2025.
President Lee, through social networking services (SNS) that day, said, "I feel great pride that our students have been recognized for their world-class technological skills and innovation in the fierce competition where more than 1,500 participants from 37 countries and over 2,000 robots competed," adding, "I sincerely congratulate you."
President Lee further stated, "You have greatly contributed to promoting the capabilities of Korea's artificial intelligence and robotics technology to the world," and emphasized, "I hope that, with this as a stepping stone, our outstanding technologies and talented individuals will play an even greater role on the global stage."
