NH Nonghyup Bank Credit Review Division Employees Gather to Pledge Ethical Management Practice
NH Nonghyup Bank announced that approximately 160 employees from the Credit Review Division held the '2025 Second Half Ethical Management Practice Resolution Ceremony' at the bank's headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, on July 23.
The employees of the Credit Review Division pledged to take the lead in ensuring the sustainable growth of sound credit in the second half of the year. They resolved to practice ethical management by aiming for zero financial accidents in the credit sector, contributing to the establishment of a responsible management system, driving sustainable growth, and creating a trustworthy corporate culture, all in pursuit of realizing a 'new Nonghyup of Korea through change and innovation.'
Since April, Nonghyup Bank has been implementing the 'Credit Process Improvement Project' to achieve zero credit accidents. By the end of the year, the bank plans to sequentially apply measures such as minimizing human processes within the credit process, establishing control measures for each keyword related to improper loans, minimizing legal risks in internal regulations, and building a mutual verification system to prevent credit accidents.
