He has also set an exemplary case by actively contributing to the cultivation of local talent, such as signing a family company agreement with Kyungnam University and supporting the employment of local university students.
Kim stated, "Although the current situation is challenging, I will do my utmost to provide both financial and material support so that local students can find employment."
