IGrowth Co., Ltd., currently participating in the 'K-Digital Training (K-DT)' program, announced on July 24 that it will additionally support two new training courses as part of the 2025 first half New Leading Company Academy initiative.

These new courses have been planned and will be implemented in collaboration with leading company HDC Labs and the operating support organization Hyundai Research Institute. The curriculum reflects the latest technology trends in the IT and AI sectors.

As a partner organization, IGrowth is responsible for providing comprehensive educational support, including educational infrastructure, content support, and operational assistance such as student counseling and career support. The two courses are: 'Smart Analytics and Service Development Using Generative AI (with Vibe Coding & AIoT)' and 'Smart Full-Stack Developer Course (with Vibe Coding & IoT)'. Both courses feature a hands-on curriculum centered on Vibe Coding techniques based on generative AI and practical training using real IoT devices.

With this, IGrowth is now supporting a total of four courses simultaneously, including the two ongoing courses in partnership with LG Uplus and Samjong KPMG.

Previously, since 2024, IGrowth has successfully supported the 'Why Not SW Camp' with LG Uplus and the 'Future Academy' with Samjong KPMG through this program. The LG Uplus course focuses on cloud-based big data analytics and service development and has been operated up to its eighth cohort. The Samjong KPMG course is structured around generative AI-based DX/AX service analysis and planning, and has been run for six cohorts so far.

Notably, at the 2024 K-DT Hackathon, a total of four award-winning teams (including Excellence and Encouragement Awards) were produced, and one team won an Excellence Award at the Shinhan AI Academy Competition. In the 2025 Gwangjin-gu Big Data Competition, current trainees formed a team and won the Grand Prize.

The two new courses by HDC Labs are scheduled to begin in early August. The ninth LG Uplus cohort will start in mid-August, and the seventh Samjong KPMG cohort is set to open in mid-September. IGrowth plans to continue expanding its role as a digital workforce development platform that bridges industry demand with educational needs.
