During the volunteer work, they helped restore daily life for affected residents by cleaning up debris and waste around flooded farmland and homes. Council Chairperson Lim Chaeseong said, "I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to all citizens who are experiencing difficulties due to the unexpected heavy rain," adding, "I hope our efforts will be of some help in the recovery process."
