Glass Craft Experience and Media Art Exhibition
Sharing Entrepreneurship Stories and Offering a Summer Healing Time
The Veterans Affairs Busan Regional Office (Director Namil Lee) Veterans Support Center held a healing workshop for local female veterans in the Yeongdo-gu area on July 23.
During the workshop, participants visited the "Glass Craft Uncle" studio, which is run by a veteran entrepreneur, to experience making glass muddlers. After lunch, they visited the Arte Museum to enjoy media art exhibitions.
Participants shared their impressions, saying, "It was fascinating to try glass crafting for the first time, and I felt proud to see a fellow veteran succeed in starting a business. It was truly a healing experience during the hot summer."
The Veterans Support Center provides a variety of employment and entrepreneurship support services for veterans who have served for five years or more, including one-on-one career counseling, job information, educational and training subsidies, and career transition support payments.
