Free Boiler Inspection and Repair Services for Flood-Affected Households
On July 23, Kiturami announced that it would provide "emergency recovery services for flood-affected areas" to assist residents of Yesan, South Chungcheong Province, who suffered significant damage due to heavy rainfall.
Starting July 22, Kiturami organized emergency recovery teams at its headquarters and local customer service centers, deploying them to flood sites in Yesan. Centered around the "Kiturami Boiler Emergency Service Camp for Flood-Affected Areas" set up at the Hapori 1-ri village hall, the company is offering free boiler inspections, repairs, and other services to households affected by flooding.
Last week, the Yesan area in South Chungcheong Province experienced torrential rains, with more than 400mm of accumulated rainfall in a short period, resulting in extensive damage, including 579 cases of flooded homes. The Kiturami Boiler emergency recovery team plans to remain on-site in Yesan until July 25, continuing to provide services such as drying, replacing, and repairing parts.
Kiturami also plans to extend emergency recovery services to other regions that have suffered severe flood damage, such as Sancheong in South Gyeongsang Province. In addition, as unexpected natural disasters become more frequent due to climate change, the company intends to strengthen continuous monitoring through local customer service centers and dealerships, ensuring smooth customer service and preparedness.
