"Seeking Startups That Resonate With Youth"
Applications Accepted on Maeum Investment Website Until August 6
Outstanding Final Teams to Receive Follow-up Investment Opportunities
On July 23, Maeum Investment announced, "Gongmyeong Partners and GSIC, together with us, are recruiting participating companies for the 12th Gongmyeongjeon For Seed, Sangjeukin (Gongmyeongjeon For Seed)."
'Gongmyeongjeon For Seed' is an event that connects startups aiming to solve problems faced by newcomers to society and young people with youth who have experienced or empathize with these issues themselves.
Maeum Investment plans to focus on establishing practical cooperative relationships through this event, including discovering startups, product demonstrations, offline networking, special lectures and mentoring, and follow-up investments.
Startups interested in addressing the challenges of newcomers to society and young people can apply through the official Maeum Investment website until August 6. The final outstanding teams will be selected through document screening, interviews, and both online and offline IR (Investor Relations) presentations.
Gongmyeongjeon has been a startup investment competition organized by Gongmyeong Partners since 2022. Each edition has focused on various social issues and themes, such as artificial intelligence, healthcare, and proptech. This 'Gongmyeongjeon For Seed' is the first in the series to focus specifically on the target groups of 'newcomers to society' and 'youth.'
